There is a large summer house in the garden with its own toilet and sink, suitable for additional toilet facilities and sitting in on a warm day. Fully refurbished, fitted kitchen including all appliances. Bedroom 1 has king size bed with large fitted wardrobes, bedroom 2, (family room) has large double bed, single bed and room for a cot if required, bedroom 3 has a small double bed, all with wardrobes. Bedding and towels etc are provided. Free WIFI. Change is Saturday to Saturday. £350 per week from 1st October to 29th February, £600 per week from 1st March to 30th September. £150 deposit required at time of booking - Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Dogs £10 each per week. We are in the process of setting up a website and taking pictures to add these at a later date. We are centrally located - Lyndhurst (10 miles), Brockenhurst (5 miles), Beauleigh (5 miles), open forest 5 min drive, local pub within 5 minute walking distance, Buckland Ring - Iron Age Fort within 5 minute walk, Somerfields 24hr shop within 10 minute walk. Lymington town centre and Isle of Wight Ferry Terminal one mile easy walk. Local buses and bus stop, 2 minute walk located on the main road.
