Static Caravan Temporary Accomodation Self build.

Atlas Status 10 foot by 33 foot staic caravan for sale. In good order for it age ( approx 1994), this caravan could have many uses, as temporary accomodation for a self build project, as extra guest space for visitors, as a teenagers private space, building site office/brew room, just to name a few. we have one in our orchard, and use  it partly as the farm office, partly as a summer house, with the added benefit of being self contained accomodation when visitors come to stay!

The accomodation comprises of two bedrooms, the main one being 8 foot by 7 foot, with built in furniture, the second one is 7 foot by 5 foot, with wardrobe and extra fold down childs bunk over the bed area.

There is an L shaped passageway to the toilet/shower room, which is 6 foot by 4 foot, plus the shower cubicle, which is built into an alcove.

The kitchen is of 'galley' style, 9 foot 6 inches by 4 foot. The kitchen units are in good condition, but the previous owner cut out (rather roughly!) a piece of work top for either a fridge or washing machine. This could be easily put right  with a bit of fresh work top.

The lounge is 11 foot by 10 foot, with built in furniture, Clipper gas fire and wrap round seating. The table folds down to make an extra double bed from one section of the seating, whilst still allowing the front under window seats to be used.

The van has been very well looked after, inside and out, and has come off of a local site with high standards. There are two doors, one into the lounge area and one into the kitchen/bedroom area. there is also a built in storage area, accesable via an outside door. The services (gas, water and electric) were in good working order when disconnected for removal from site, but it is the buyers responcibilty to have them checked and reconnected by a qualified professional when resiting (sorry, have to put that bit in to cover me!) .

The caravan is offered at a collected price from our farm at Pilling (near Preston, Lancashire). It is up to the buyer to arrange own transport, as we are not caravan dealers, and have no experience of this. We will though, help in any way possible with loading ect. Please note that although this van is in good condition for its age, it is approx 15 years old. We also have another couple of statics for sale, at 10 foot wide, by 26 foot and 30 foot long.
