Single student room at Teesside Uni Campus

I would like a male student to move into my room when I move out, otherwise they'll be an empty room for the remainder of the year. The rent is £71. 75 per week and it's the biggest room in the house. The house itself only accommodates 4 people unlike the other houses that accommodate 6. The room has it's own internet and sink with a new hot water system and central heating for the room. Downstairs are communal shower and toilets, kitchen and communal area. Location is ideal as they are within a stone's throw away from the high street and shops. The rent is fully paid up until April. I'm looking to move out before April if possible.
