Room for rent housdemate/houseshare wanted

Hi! I am looking for a cheerful and chilled but tidy female to share my house with from 1st Jan when I plan to have finished decorating. The house is in a cul-de-sac between Derby and Long Eaton, an easy commute to both - while also being a walk away from some beautiful lakes and long walks along the river. I have a lovely long garden with electric shed and sun terraced decking for the summer (or winter if you fancy using my firepit!) I go away some weekends to visit family and friends so you can have the house to yourself, while other times I enjoy just chilling out with my comforts and some wine. I am a cheerful and considerate housemate and look forward to having similar company. Off road parking too. I do have a pet who is lovely placid ginger tom cat. Look forward to hearing from you, Emma
