The apartment has a spacious Lounge/Kitchen diner with large double doors leading to a spacious balcony with seating for 4 and sun loungers for 2, and plenty of room for barbeques etc with great views over the local golf course and sea beyond. Tastefully furnished in a modern style throughout. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which come with there own en-suite and views to the beach and onto Donegal. The apartment comes with a good range of appliances including cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, TV, Video, DVD player etc. Parking to rear of the apartment. Castlerock is ideally situated within a quiet area and close to the other sea side locations of Portrush, Portstewart being within a 15min drive away, great local restaraunts nearby and other local attractions like the Giants Causeway and bushmills distillery etc, local airport City of Derry approximately 30mins drive from Castlerock.
LOCATION & AREACastlerock is located on the North coast and is a quiet seaside resort with a lovely beach, the perfect place for a relaxing break, activities include walking, fishing, boating, surfing or golfing. The golf club is opposite the apartment as are the shops and other amenities. There are many interesting places to explore in and around Castlerock. Downhill Castle is the ruin of a palace built around 1780 by the Earl bishop of Derry, Frederick Hervey. Close by on the edge of the cliff more than 100ft above the sea is the Mussenden Temple, it was modelled on the Temple of Vesta at Tivoli. Each year its the venue for a midsummer evening Concert and is also available for wedding cermonies. Castlerock is also on the Causeway Coastal route which passes through the levely seaside towns of Portstewart, Portrish and Portballintrae. Other popular attractions include the world famous Giants Causeway and Carrick a rede rope bridge. Other local attractions are the Northwest 200 which takes place each year in May and is a 5 - 10min drive away to spectate in the Coleraine - Portstewart area and a must see for any bike enthusiast, Castlerock is also situated on the main train link and has a station which provides a link to londonderry city centre and also the larger and main city of Belfast which provide a great shopping day out. The trains run a return service with this being in operation eveyday all year round.

Booking and Rates.

April, May & june - £340PW Excluding Easter period £400PW and North West 200 £450PW.
July & August - £400PW.
September - £340 PW.

Available Sat to Sat allthough this may be looked at to suit individuals requirements and subject to other booking arrangements agreed.

Deposit Required - £120 payable by cheaque or cash. The remaining balance on arrival by cash only.
Deposit will be non-refundable if a months notice is not given prior to any cancellations being made.

Deposit will be refundable after an inspection of the property has been carried out to asess that it is left in the condition it was given in ie ( no breakages, damages or missing items ).

The property is ideally suited for - Couples, Families and friends.

The Property is not available for groups or parties of young people and if any false bookings have been made the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking on arrival.

The maximum occupancy staying at the property on any one booking is 6no.
