It is located in Central Paris, close to Montorgueil (which is a pedestrian sector during the week-ends). It is 20 min walk from Notre Dame, 10 min walk from le Marais, Metro Station : Réaumur-Sébastopol (line 3 and 4).

The appartment is 30 sq.m and structured as an open space (living room and kitchen approx 17 sqm) with a separate bedroom (8 sqm) and bathroom (5 sqm). Three large windows are distributing lights in both the living room and the bedroom.

The appartment has just been fully renovated. It is on the 5th floor in an early XXth century Parisian building.

Large bed (140*190) in the bedroom and the sofa in the living room can easily switch into another 140*190 bed. Four persons may easily stay in it.

Fully furnished (washing machine, TV, Internet access Wifi, microwave oven).
