Ibiza cheap out of season let sleeps 4

The apartment I am offering sleeps 4 people having a double bedroom and living room which has a sofa forming 2 single beds. It is superbly located at the beachfront of Es Vive and is only 10 mins walk to Ibiza town which has a great shopping centre, harbour, and bus station providing transport to many other parts of the island. The balcony has views across the swimming pool and then the sea.The promenade is very quiet during the off peak months and the scenery is beautiful. This would make a great get away and is being offered from November to May at a fraction of the normal rent ( £350 -£520 during the summer months ) The price is inclusive of bills providing this is kept to a reasonable level. ie that heating or air conditioning is used sensibly.
