Explosive Karate Courses

Sensei Simon Williams 5th Dan has been training in Shotokan Karate for over 30 years. competiting for over 20 years the KUGB Chelmsford Kata Cup in 1989 as a Black belt and being a finalist in both Kata & Kumite in the 1980's. Through his time with the EKC & EKGB Simon has won many Senior Kata Titiles at TKA Competitions such as the Funakoshi Cup in 1999, London Opens recently in 2009-2010 the International Opens held in Dagenham winning the Vets 30+ Kata and on the same day winning the Championship Cup for Kata, SENIS 2010 Vets Kata Champion & Southern Region TKA winning Vets kata also Winning the Championship Cup once again over some very spectacular kata-ka on the English Squad. Courses will be Esses Bound if you or your club are interested in these courses the price will be £20 for adults and £15 for under 16,s. Theses Courses are completely Open and all are welcome individuals, clubs and groups
