Another great design amongst our Edelweiss Log Cabins range, Duplex log cabin is spacious and sturdy due to the L shape design which features a partition wall frame inside separating the building into two rooms though this is still a bright open plan living. The building incorporates on the far right corner a small room which can be used as a bathroom, dressing room or just storage room. The space is great to use as a home office, a spare bedroom or a guests room, and other general use ideal for gathering all the family around it for birthday parties and evening outdoor retreats. There are windows placed on each wall, so each room benefits from natural light and cool air and half glazed double doors on the front wall left side. There is a window on the side wall and another two equally spaced to the main room, plus the small bathroom window on the right side wall, all featuring wide outwards openings. The Duplex is built with dressed finished cuts of timber of 44mm thickness, double tongue and groove adding protection to the walls during damp weather. The roof and floor is 19mm thick T&G boards suitable for high traffic. The classical Apex style roof features 76x140mm Heavy Duty Roof Beams which provides strength altogether and allows proper drainage.
