Bathroom with shower, WC and basin with mirror over. Spacious lounge with plenty of seating, 22" TV. Dining area with surround seating. Sundeck out back overlooking fields, patio with table, chairs and parasol. Grassed area alongside and parking in front of caravan. LADRAM BAY has its own private secluded beach with direct access from park. Kayak hire. Heated swimming pool, Adventure playground, Pirate ship, WaterWalkerz, Synthetic Ice Skating Rink, Restaurant, Clubhouse with nightly entertainment, Kids clubs, Take-away/Cafe, Shop, Launderette.
