Preferable areas: Maida vale, Maida hill, Kensal Town, Kilburn, Kensal Green, St. John's Wood, North Kensington, Westbourna Green, Paddington, Sheperd's Bush, Kensington, Hammersmith, South Kensington and the nearby areas, excluding the Acton areas. Ready to share the property with up to 3 other tennants. Looking for a clean property with good speed broadband/Wi-Fi Our budget is up to 650/pm incl. all bills Ready to move in after 24th of September, or (if the room is available after 24-th) around 3 weeks after we decide to take the room as we need to give notice to the landlord where we live at the moment.
